+ How far in advance should I order?

• We ask for 1-2 month notice on wedding cakes, and 2-3 weeks for special occasion cakes. But we will always do our best to accommodate shorter time frames.

+ How much will my specialty cake cost?

• Custom cakes are priced based upon several factors such as production time, serving size, cake flavor combination, and detail of décor. Our base price starts at $4.50/serving.
• Theme cakes are priced as is, with few customizations stated on each menu option.
• Signature cakes are priced as is and come with no customizations.

+ Can I schedule a cake tasting?

• We currently offer take home tastings to be scheduled for pick up at your local 4 Rivers location. We do our best to accommodate in person tastings as requested, due to Covid our schedule is limited. Once design concept and pricing are identified and you would like to proceed, we will look into which option is best.
• Our taste kits come with a pre-selected menu of our most popular cakes, fillings, and frostings.

+ Do you offer any other desserts besides specialty cakes?

• Yes! We have a very detailed Dessert Menu of mini desserts, packages, and a la carte options. These are perfect for dessert displays and can be customized with your favorite flavors.

+ What is the difference between Signature Cakes, Theme cakes, and Custom Cakes?

• Signature cakes are what you see in our 4 Rivers Smokehouse Sweet Shops. These cakes are 3 layers (or sheet cake), and come decorated as is to showcase the flavor profile of the cake. We ask for a minimum of 36-hour notice on these.
• Theme cakes are a special menu of celebration cakes, not quite as simple as Signature Cakes, but not as intricate as our Custom Cake options. We have lots of options for many occasion, and pricing comes as is.
• Custom cakes are created just for you based on the flavor and design of you choice.
